From: Improvement questions and recommendations

Dear Coaches and Parents,

As we are approaching the end of our regular season we would like to thank all of you who have made this such a successful year in the IVA. There have been glitches here and there and it will never be perfect, however we are always looking for ways to improve your experience with IVA. It is imperative that we hear from you, the customer both when you have a concern and when you think something is working well. Thank you to all of you who have expressed your appreciation to the IVA staff and we appreciate those of you that have contacted us with concerns and possible solutions to your concerns.

Keeping that in mind, there are a few questions that we would like to ask in order to get your feedback. We want to take your feedback and suggestions and do what we can to improve. Please keep in mind that concerns are MUCH appreciated but please make sure that you offer suggestions on how to improve rather than just voicing the concern.

Sometimes you will have ideas of improvement that we have not thought of.

If you will please just reply to this email and answer the questions listed below and add any additional things you feel appropriate, we would appreciate it. Thank you once again to everyone for what has seemed to be a very quick season and a very successful one.

Sincerely,

IVA Staff

1. How are things going with you personally in relation to IVA and/or club/team?

2. What can we at IVA do better to enrich your volleyball experience?

3. In regards to the officiating situation we have this year, are you willing to help recruit officials (these can be parents, coaches, friends, anyone).

4. At what age do you feel juniors can officiate? For example....an 18's player officiating a 12's court? A 17's player officiating a 13's court?

etc... How young is too young to officiate in your opinion and at what age group do these junior officials stop officiating? EX: can an 18's player handle a 16's match?

5. Give us some input on better ways to grow the game.

6. Please give us any additional items you feel you want to share. Good, Bad, or indifferent.

All replies will be kept strictly confidential and all will be taken into consideration.
