High School 9^th-12^th grade

High School consists of position and topic specific camps and clinics for players with competitive experience on club, high school or even at the collegiate level.  High School will focus on the development on advanced systems, rotations and defense.  A lot of teamwork goes on here.

Train & Play 
Get 45 minutes skill training and 45 minutes playing volleyball for 6 weeks for a total of 9 training and playing time.  Take the skills learned in the first half of Train & Play and apply them in a game like atmosphere. We will break up into groups according to skill level. This is a great session for all volleyball enthusiasts whether just starting out or wanting to sharpen up their skills
