Dear Coaches and Club Directors,

It's going fast and furious in the IVA office as we have deadlines hit.  I sent out an email last week as a FRIENDLY reminder of deadlines.  I'm pretty sure that if a lot of you had not gotten that email, you would have missed the deadline and your teams would not have gotten into this first tournament. 

This email will be my LAST reminder for ALL deadlines.  It is YOUR responsibilty to hit the deadlines and I will kindly ask that you do your best to not wait until 4:59pm on the day of the deadline to walk in with your registrations.  That is ok, it will just help if they don't call come in at once like that.

I think the biggest mistake made is looking at the tournament deadline as the ultimate deadline.  That is not the case.  Team registration, player registrations and coach registrations MUST be in the IVA office ONE WEEK prior to the tournament deadline of the of the first tournament you are going to play in.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

So, that being said, here is the link to the IVA schedule for both Power and Club.  Look at this carefully, find the first tournament your team will be playing in and move that up ONE WEEK for the membership registration deadline.

That means that this Friday December 14th there are TWO deadlines.  1)  Tournament entry deadline for 12/15/16 Club Seeding and 2) Deadline for all membership for teams wanting to play in the 13/14/17/18 Club Seeding

No more reminders will come, it is up to you to be responseABLE :)  If you have any questions, please ask, never assume.  I will gladly take phone calls and email to assist you, I just need to know who to assist and how to assist.
