Tari Hoyt Anderson “Tookie” - Community Program Director
 
Tari Anderson, Community Program Director of Intermountain USA Volleyball.  As Community Program Director, Tari has established many programs, camps and clinics to help introduce volleyball to the masses. She has also brought high level camps and clinics to those wanting to develop their skills in volleyball and take their game to a higher level.  She has also been Tournament Director for West Coast Championships 2007 and Global Challenge 2007.
 
“Tookie”, which is a name her daughter just recently gave her, has two children who she is very proud of.  Christopher who is 22 years old and Sydney who is 19 years old both play the sport of volleyball.  Her son served an honorable mission in Rancagua, Chile and is now working and attending college.  Sydney was just selected to play on the USA Women’s National Volleyball Team and is at the Olympic Training Center in Co. Springs.  She has once again found her passion and loves playing volleyball with the best athletes in the world. 
 
From 1999-2002, Anderson was the assistant coach at Jordan High School.  She helped the Diggers to a 5th and 6th place finish at the 2001, 2002 and 2003 State Championships. She has followed her children around the world watching them play volleyball in such places as Argentina, Russia, Italy, and Slovenia as well as many cities in the United States.  She has had the opportunity to Coach the College Team in Slovenia’s Global Challenge and was assistant coach for Kim Norman’s 18’s Elite team in 2006 & 2007.
 
Tari attended BYU and the University of Utah with a double major in Exercise Sport Science and Dance.  She has traveled the world providing continuing education credits for those in the Fitness and Personal Training world. She has brought fitness education to those in the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Dubai, Bahrain, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and many other Asian countries as well as in the USA. She has also been the Performance Athletic Trainer for Dixie College 1987-1992, Westminster College 2006-2007.  Tari was also the Director of Training for America’s # 1 Children’s photography company KIddieKandids based in almost every major city across the USA.  She left the corporate life to help establish Volley4All. Her vision is to bring volleyball to the young, the young of heart and families throughout the USA.  She wants to bring volleyball opportunities to all those who may or may not have it available to them.
